Organizing Redress For AI Caused Problems
The first AI related whistleblowers complained about prejudice in algorithms and the unfair advantage given to machines to compete with humans. Those first activists and affected people that complained about the power of AI had to learn to get to a place without a map. Their action did not go unnoticed or unstudied. They raised the technological awareness of individuals by showing potential and likely effects of man-made machines doing the thinking. Mate3 supports AI policies that help individuals and agencies to better connect incoming firsthand accounts of what happened. Foremost among our efforts is pre- organizing humans for fair policies and defensive advocacy. From incoming to outcome, the policies that are used to empower redress for affected persons is our goal.
