A Cost For Ignoring Mate3 Answer-Sets

It was a windy evening on Washington Blvd. in the city of Detroit in 2017. As I was walking toward Grand Circus Park, I was approached by a security guard working at a repurposed office building. August 2024, woman dies climbing down the high-rise stairwell to escape what was a smoke fire, and she would have been safer remaining in her apartment. Since there was no one to confirm the size of the threat, an automatic general alert was made. The result was the victim walked into the smoke from the fire, and died.
